128 vid card 512 ram 1.4 p4.. kind of old i know but used to run wc3 neat.. that would do for wow?

It'd run it, might bog down a bit in some instances, but you'd probably be ok :)

i ran it on a system like this for a little while. you will need to streamline *EVERYTHING* no extraneous apps cept perhaps voicechat and keep all the graphic settings turned all the way down. keep your mods to a minimum and it will be playable on a high speed connection. If you do it get with me in game and ill go through some stupid little options that make a HUGE difference

With a system like that, not sure instances would bog you down with lag as much as simply walking through Orgrimar or Shatt. It's still playable, and will do pretty good anywhere outside major cities or places where alot of other players congregate.
