Anyone here picked this up yet? Best single player game I have had the joy of playing in a long, long time.

This game is AMAZING! I was very skeptical about it at first being a Bethesda game and all (I hated Oblivion), but once I actually got out of the Vault and started exploring I didn't want to quit. I didn't get very far since I only rented it, but it's definitely on my "to buy" list.

**SPOILER ALERT** (Highlight to read)

Funny thing happened to me (well it was funny at the time, but then I got pissed). Right after I left the Vault and got to Megaton I talked to Moriarty for the first time and he wanted me to pay him 300 caps for that info about my dad. Then I ran into the guy that wanted me to meet him at Tenpenny Tower and blow up the bomb. So I thought "Blow him up or pay him 300 caps". So I blew him away. DON'T DO THIS! At the very least hack Moriarty's computer or finish this part of the quest (you can avoid paying him anything if you're smart about it) before blowing up the town. There's no other way to get back onto the main quest to finish it. I spent two days running around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do before I finally went back to the Vault exit (/thanks Bethesda for autosaves).

I haven't launched another game since it came out. It's devouring my time. Wonderful!

about ready to throw this game in the garbage and come back to wow, i can't exit the rotunda in the waters of life quest, keeps freezing, i currently think bethseda needs to feel my direct wraith as i have reset my p23 30 times with no luck aaarrrrrrrrrggggghhhhh!!!
